Find the opening from every worst situation

I felt yesterday like this was the worst day in the office I ever had. None of the things went based on planning.

And I think that happens with all of us sometimes. Maybe we missed the deadline, the client shouted at you, the developer screwed up something, you got a bad food at the hotel and there can be thousands of other reasons by which we feel this was the worst day ever.

But that is not the end of the world. Just take a deep breath and think “ How I can prevent this to happen in the future?” Write down those steps and take action.

E.g., Yesterday one of our developer developed something which is already available as a library. But he developed all the things by himself and almost the day was wasted. Because we all assumed that he already knows that library and used it, but he never did.

When I came to know that, I was really surprised and angry as well. But then I thought, why this happened? So what I came up with is, we added all libraries into our training path which we assume all of our developers should be aware of.
