As the children grow up mostly by caring parents but some parents are not as much caring as they should be. Parents fulfil all their responsibilities as they should be but still there is some variation remaining. So, children demand major attention at an early age. Today, I will discuss with you: “Why and how can we take better steps to improve mental growth of children & why we need to do this?”

For a nutritious mental health, it is necessary that parents must provide their children a natural nutritious food/meal. Let’s make it easier just for mother’s good understanding. If I am a mother of a 1–2 years old baby then I take my first step in making a proper diet plan for my baby’s good health & healthy mind, because as a responsible mother it should be my first priority. So, nutritional fruits, vegetables and nutritional juices will be in my concern mainly for my baby. Because a child’s mind should be clear for thinking, for focusing, for a good memory relationship with family members and friends and for things to be remembered especially.

Parents must be involved with their child’s affairs, it will help to generate self-confidence & self-esteem in children. Adults should play with them in a timely manner.

To set a conversational tone with children is a salient characteristic because a child’s mind is relatively unlike nature and just a specific person’s sense of them. So, it is specifically important to talk to each other for good interaction between parents and children.

Sleeplessness is a major sign of unhealthy children because sleep in a proper way makes a child healthy & fresh. Children should be asleep on time. With a fresh mind children can focus better on everything around them & then children spend a very joyful day happily.

Children should do proper exercise everyday. Exercise will help to set your children’s mind perfectly and it will keep your children’s mind healthy and also will prevent from serious trauma in childhood.
