Chapter 4: Writing A Note With Love

The path to opening your heart includes telling the truth to yourself and others. So often, for those of us with tender spirits, this kind of opening up is painful.

When communicating with the world, we sometimes hold back. We do not want others to be hurt or our souls to be wounded.

However, I believe there is a quiet, gentle way to expand our hearts by putting words on a page.

Today I need to start sharing my truth with someone I hold dear. To do this, I must tread lightly but hold nothing back. You can do the same. Softly coax each word onto the page and see how you feel more freedom and expansion with every word.

Every sentence begins like this:

I love you and

I love you, and I need to share this truth with you.

I love you, and I want to open up to you.

These simple sentences can help you move forward.

They open your heart to more abundance, personal freedom, and truth.

My intention for you today is for you to open your heart up to possibilities. You can love and be free. You can choose yourself and the universe.

Journaling:

Write some sentences with I love you and. You will find that with each one, your heart opens more. Send these words in a card or letter, or write them to yourself to cherish.
